It’s summertime – which in Poland also means school holidays. Perfect season for riding our wheels, spending time outdoors with kids and family… but don’t think that means a break in EUC World development. Oh no, no, no! Especially since wheel manufacturers just won’t let me rest – they keep spitting out new models like popcorn. So yeah, at the beginning of August another EUC World update landed on Google Play. And it comes with a bunch of cool new features and tweaks, which I’ll walk you through below.
Support for new wheels
This update brings support for Begode A1, A5, C8, Future and Panther, plus Extreme Bull Commander GT, Commander Max and Rocket. On top of that – the brand-new Veteran Oryx has already made it into the app.
Now, some of you will ask: “What about Inmotion V12S?” Well, Inmotion is that company that just loves to shuffle things around in every new model. The changes are big enough that it’s basically impossible to add proper support without physically having the wheel in my hands. And with the V12S they went extra wild – it’s rocking a brand-new Bluetooth module not seen in earlier models.
Here’s the catch: I don’t have easy access to new wheels. The only realistic option is when a friend is kind enough to lend me theirs for a week or two. So far, nobody with a V12S has stepped up. And let’s be honest – I’ve never really been able to count on the manufacturers’ help. They don’t seem to see any benefit in supporting an independent app like EUC World. Which means development is funded entirely by Premium subscriptions. And those have dropped a lot lately. So yeah, buying a wheel just for testing? Not happening – I simply can’t afford it now.
Same goes for improving support for the King Song F22 Pro and other new King Song models. I’ll keep hunting for someone with a V12S or F22 Pro willing to lend it. Fingers crossed – and if you can help, please drop me a line at sebastian@euc.world.
Customizable main screen
This is the one a lot of you have been waiting for. You can finally tweak the info shown on the main screen to your liking. Until recently, apart from the speedometer you had two columns with three non-customizable values each. That was it. But now? Freedom!
You can pick and choose which parameters you want to see. And since you can swipe up and down to flip between the EUC view and the GPS view, you actually get to configure twelve fields in total – six per view. The list of available parameters is long: EUC metrics, GPS data, weather info, rearview radar data and more. Each parameter is tagged with a colored label so you can easily tell GPS-measured speed from EUC-reported speed, for example.

Leaperkim wheels (like most others) don’t use fancy “coulomb counting” to measure how much juice is left in the battery. Instead, they just estimate based on voltage. It’s simple… and honestly, pretty inaccurate. Which makes it tricky to know how far you can really go.
Thanks to eWheels, who gave me a Veteran Sherman L for EUC World development, I was able to run tons of tests and experiments. After thousands of kilometers in all sorts of conditions, I built a new discharge model that gives much better battery level estimates for the Sherman L and Lynx. It’s not perfect (nothing is with this kind of hardware), but it’s miles better than the default. In future updates I will adapt this model to support other wheels.
To enable it go to the

I probably don’t need to remind you how important it is to keep EUC World up to date. Every release brings new features and bugfixes. And since I’m constantly upgrading EUC World services, old versions will eventually start acting weird.
Most of you have auto-updates on – good! But some don’t, and I keep getting bug reports about issues that were fixed months ago. Or requests for wheel support that’s already been added ages back. Honestly, it eats up a lot of my time.
So from now on, every time you launch EUC World, it will check if an update is available. If yes – you can grab it with just a tap. You can still skip it and keep running the old version, but I highly recommend updating ASAP. Otherwise, one day the app might just stop playing nice when you need it most.
Simpler alarm settings
Back in 2019 when EUC World was born, there was no such thing as a “safety margin alarm,” and wheels didn’t broadcast PWM data. So the app came up with a three-level speed alarm system where each alarm could depend on battery charge. It wasn’t ideal, but hey – wheels back then weren’t as powerful as today’s beasts. The downside? Complexity. Most riders only ever used one or two alarms anyway, just to avoid overspeed. Without any battery-related dependencies.
Fast-forward to now: pretty much every wheel reports live PWM, which makes the safety margin alarm possible – and it’s hands-down the best solution. Meanwhile, I kept hearing that alarm configuration in EUC World was too complicated. So I decided to simplify things: I removed the “battery-dependent” option.
I know some of you liked it for slowing down when the battery was low. But EUC World already gives you plenty of tools for monitoring speed and battery – voice prompts, smartwatch companion apps or smart glasses HUD.
As EUC World grows, it’s important to keep it usable and not drown everyone in endless settings. Sometimes that means trimming old features that don’t really make sense anymore.
Oh, and speaking of alarms – good news: I’m just finishing up a video tutorial that shows exactly how to set them up. It’ll drop on the official EUC World YouTube channel in the next few days. Yeah, I know, the channel has been a ghost town lately. I’ve been deep into coding, so videos took a back seat for a loooong time. But that’s changing! I plan to launch a full tutorial series covering everything EUC World can do. So hit that subscribe button so you won’t miss it!
Other updates and changes
As always, the update also brings a bunch of small fixes and improvements I won’t bore you with. But one worth mentioning: support for first-gen Flic buttons is gone. Don’t panic – basically nobody uses them anymore. Even the manufacturer killed them off quickly and replaced them with the much better Flic 2. First-gen Flics required a separate app that drained your phone battery, crashed often, and made everything miserable. Even the makers dropped support and moved on.
In the near future, support for Pebble watches and Tizen-based watches will also be removed. Their manufacturers have long abandoned them, their companion apps are gone from Google Play, and they don’t work with modern Android anyway. Keeping them around just hurts EUC World’s stability and compatibility.
