EUC World Summer Contest 2025 Rules
I. General Rules
1. The EUC World Summer Contest 2025 ("Contest") aims to promote electric unicycles and the EUC World application.
2. The organizer of the Contest is Sebastian Łastowski, ul. Tenisowa 28, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland ("Organizer").
3. The Contest runs from June 1, 2025, 00:00:00 UTC to September 30, 2025, 23:59:59 UTC.
4. All information regarding the Contest is published at https://euc.world/contest.
5. Any inquiries regarding the Contest should be directed to contest@euc.world.
6. Only the distance ridden on a wheel and the riding time on a wheel, as verified by valid GPS and EUC data included in the tour recording, are counted in the Contest ("Distance" and "Riding Time," respectively). Tour segments lacking EUC data or where the GPS and EUC data are inconsistent are not included in the calculation of Distance and Riding Time.
7. Any user of the EUC World application who, during the Contest period, records tours with a total Distance of no less than 400 km or a total Riding Time of no less than 20 hours becomes a Contest Participant ("Participant").
8. To be counted in the Contest, a tour must both start and end during the Contest period.
9. The Organizer and sponsors are excluded from participation in the Contest.
II. Grand Prize Drawing
1. One Participant will be randomly selected to win a prize of either an Inmotion V9 electric unicycle or a cash prize of USD 1000 ("Grand Prize"). The choice of prize belongs to the winner of the draw ("Draw Winner").
2. The Grand Prize in the form of an Inmotion V9 electric unicycle can only be shipped to an address within the European Union, as provided by the Draw Winner. Shipping costs are covered by the Organizer.
3. The Grand Prize in the form of USD 1000 will be paid to the Draw Winner's PayPal account or to a bank account of their choosing. Transaction costs are covered by the Organizer.
4. The chance of winning the Grand Prize increases logarithmically with the total Distance or Riding Time of tours recorded during the Contest period.
III. Competition Prizes
1. Participants simultaneously compete in four challenges ("Challenge"):
- "Steel legs" – Challenge based on the total Distance of all tours recorded during the Contest;
- "Evangelist" – Challenge based on the total Riding Time of all tours recorded during the Contest;
- "Like Boss" – Challenge based on the total number of likes on tours and attached media recorded during the Contest (only likes made through the EUC World website counts);
- "Challenger" – Challenge based on the highest Distance multiplied by riding ratio (Riding Time divided by total tour duration) for a single tour recorded during the Contest.
2. Participants who rank in the top three in any of the four Challenges at the end of the Contest ("Competition Winner") will receive a lifetime EUC World Premium account.
3. If a Participant ranks in the top three in more than one Challenge, they are entitled to only one lifetime EUC World Premium account.
4. Users who already possess a lifetime EUC World Premium account at the end of the Contest are excluded from the Challenge prizes but will still participate in the Grand Prize drawing.
IV. Final Provisions
1. These rules have been prepared in English. Translations of these rules are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding.
2. In case of doubts regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, the Organizer will make the final decision, striving to resolve matters in favor of the Participant whenever it does not compromise fair and equal competition or the interests of other Participants.
3. Winners who are not tax residents of Poland are responsible for fulfilling any tax or customs obligations at their own expense, according to their applicable laws.
4. The governing law shall be the law in force in Poland.
